Sculpted Bodi Fitness was created to provide structured, supportive fitness and nutrition coaching designed for real life. Our approach focuses on building muscle, improving confidence, and creating sustainable results through progressive strength training — not quick fixes or extreme programs.


We specialize in helping women build strength safely and consistently, while also offering personalized coaching for private clients seeking individualized support. Every program is built around clear progression, proper movement mechanics, and long-term success.

OUR PROGRAMS

1:1  Private Training

No two bodies are alike, and neither are their fitness journeys. With 1:1 private training you will work closely with your trainer who will tailor an exercise plan that aligns with your unique goals, preferences, and any specific needs or limitations you may have.  You will receive cues on form and learn how to modify moves for your comfort level. Perfect for those that prefer to work in a private setting. In-home training also available. (Limited spots and additional fees apply.)

Sculpted Bodi Transformation Program

Our comprehensive and structured 12-week strength and conditioning program is specifically designed for women in their mid-30s and older. This thoughtfully crafted regimen not only aims to build confidence but also focuses on improving essential movement patterns that are crucial for everyday activities.  Sessions are held twice a week for 30min in small groups.

 Glute Foundations

Camp

Our foundational glute program featuring lower-body focused training sessions designed to build, strengthen, and shape the glutes (AKA the booty), hips, and hamstrings using a mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Classes are held in small groups (4-6 women) and circuit-style, where you rotate between different stations. Your trainer will teach you how to properly activate your glutes to get the max benefit of each movement while preventing injury.

Nutrition Program

The Sculpted Bodi Method™ is an 8-week self-paced nutrition program designed for people looking to:
