How am I billed for my personal training sessions?
All personal training memberships are billed automatically each month on the client’s scheduled billing date.
Your monthly membership reserves your training time and secures your recurring session schedule.
What is the session cancellation policy?
To cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours notice is required.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as used and cannot be rescheduled.
What is the membership cancellation policy?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime.
Can I roll my sessions over to the next month?
All training sessions must be used within the client’s current monthly billing cycle.
Unused sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable.
Your membership secures your scheduled training time each month, regardless of attendance.
What if I am late for my session?
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
This allows the schedule to remain fair and consistent for all clients.
What if the trainer cancels my session?
If the trainer needs to cancel a session, the client will be offered a rescheduled time or an additional makeup session.
