How the Sculpted Bodi Transformation Program Works

Our group training program follows a 3-phase structure that guides you step by step — so you’re never overwhelmed or guessing what to do next.

 

Phase 1: Sculpted Bodi Foundations (6 Weeks)

This phase builds confidence, teaches proper movement, and helps your body adapt safely

  • Beginner-friendly full-body workouts
  • Bodyweight and resistance (strength) training with core and cardio
  • 30-minute sessions, twice per week, with one optional add-on hybrid workout
  • Designed for women restarting or new to strength training
  • Weekly check-ins


 
Phase 2: Sculpted Bodi Build (6 Weeks)

This phase focuses on increasing strength and muscle tone while continuing fat loss

  • Progressive strength training with core and cardio
  • Improved muscle definition and body composition
  • 30-minute sessions, twice per week, with two optional hybrid add-on workouts
  • Same supportive structure, slightly more challenge
  • Bi-weekly check-ins


 
Phase 3: Sculpted Bodi Strong (Maintenance)

Our independent maintenance phase. You’ll receive structured programming and monthly accountability so you can maintain your results without needing weekly coached sessions

  • Structured strength, mobility, core, and conditioning, with unlimited add-on hybrid workouts

Sculpted Bodi™ Transformation Program

Our most comprehensive program for women ready to commit to a complete body and lifestyle transformation. This full-body program is 12 weeks and is broken into 3 phases.

Phase 1: SB Foundations 6 Weeks

This is where you will learn the basic movement patterns. This phase is 6-weeks, 2 days per week for 30 minutes and is designed to progress you from bodyweight/resistance band exercises to dumbbell-based strength training.

Each session includes a warm-up, a progressive strength circuit with cardio, core, and a cool-down, providing a balanced and effective full-body workout.

Not ready for the full 12 weeks? Phase 1 can be completed by itself and can be repeated if needed.
  • 2 days/week • 30 minutes
  • Bodyweight + bands → dumbbell-based strength
  • Warm-up + Strength circuit + Cardio + Core + Cool-down

Want a little more? Add-on an optional hybrid workout to boost your results.

Phase 2: SB Build 6 Weeks

The focus is on further building strength and sculpting lean muscle. You’ll be more challenged using the skills you've learned in Phase 1 by adding reps/resistance, changing tempo, and increasing intensity to improve muscle tone and continue fat loss.

This phase is 6-weeks, 2 days per week for 30 minutes with warm-up and cool down.

Once this phase is complete, you will graduate from the Sculpted Bodi Transformation Program and can transition into Phase 3: Maintenance.

Phase 3: SB Strong Maintenance

This is the maintenance phase—an ongoing monthly membership where you keep the strength and results you’ve built without burning out or starting over. Most women stay in this phase long-term because it fits real life.

This phase is completed independently, on your own schedule, either at home or the gym. The program is still structured 2 days a week but includes unlimited hybrid workout add-ons at your convenience to keep things interesting.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to complete the full transformation program to see results?

    While it is not required to complete the full transformation program, it is highly recommended. However, if you cannot commit to 12 weeks, then you can just do the 6 week (phase 1) program. 

  • Is this program intense and does it require alot of jumping?

    This program is designed for beginners and focuses on progressing in intensity over 12 weeks.  The program does not require jumping and completely optional. There will always be modifications available for those not able/willing to jump.

  • What are the workout sessions like?

    The 12-week program workouts are full-body, small-group sessions, 30-45min with a proper warm-up and cool-down, and we'll be using body weight, resistance bands/loops, step platform, and dumbbells.  We're here to have fun so there will be music and a chance to connect with others!

  • What if I miss a workout session? Can I make it up?

    Yes, the workouts will be available through the app for those not able to make it in person.  

  • What if I don't feel comfortable working out in a group setting?

    We understand some people may not feel comfortable in a group setting  so we do offer 1:1 private sessions in-person at the studio. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The structured programs are designed to be completed in 6 or 12 weeks and cannot be cancelled after the program begins. Cancellations made 7 days before the program start date will receive a full refund.  Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime.

  • What are the optional hybrid workouts?

    These online workouts are optional and can be completed in the comfort of your home on your own time. They are complementary to your chosen program and are designed to further enhance your results. 

  • Do I get personalized nutrition coaching in this program?

    All of our programs include nutrition coaching.
