If you’re a woman in her mid 30s, 40s, or older living in
Greenville,
Winterville, and surrounding cities, and you feel like weight loss has become harder, energy is lower, and workouts don’t work the way they used to — you are not alone. The
Sculpted Bodi Transformation Program was created specifically for women in this season of life who want to
lose weight, build muscle, and feel confident again without extreme workouts, gym intimidation, or burnout.
A Transformation Program Designed for Women Mid 30s, 40s+
Most fitness programs are not built for women over 30 — and that’s why they fail. Sculpted Bodi is different.
This transformation program is designed to:
- Support
fat loss while preserving muscle
- Improve strength, metabolism, and energy
- Protect joints and recovery
- Fit real schedules for busy women
Instead of chasing exhaustion, Sculpted Bodi focuses on
smart strength training, low-impact conditioning, and consistency — the combination proven to work best for perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal women.

Lose Weight AND Build Muscle — The Right Way
Many weight loss programs focus only on the scale.
Sculpted Bodi focuses on
body composition
That means:
- Losing fat
- Building lean muscle
- Improving how your body looks, feels, and functions.
Strength training is the foundation of our approach because it:
- Boosts metabolism
- Supports hormonal health
- Improves bone density
- Creates long-term fat loss results
This is not a crash diet or extreme workout plan — it’s a
sustainable transformation program
