Glute Camp is a structured foundational 8-week small group program that combines:

This program is especially effective for women in their mid 30s, 40s+ who want joint-friendly, progressive strength training that delivers real results.

How The Program Works

Our program focuses on learning the foundational movements and proper glute activation with the goal of strengthening and maximizing hypertrophy (growth) of the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus (A.K.A. the booty), while enhancing aesthetic shape, improving lower body power, hip stability, and posture. This will help reduce lower back, hip, and knee pain by correcting imbalances, preventing overcompensation, and enhancing athletic performance.

3 sessions per week
30-45 minutes per session

Format:

Circuit-style training with progressive overload.

Each session includes:

  • Glute activation warm-up
  • Primary strength circuit
  • Sculpt and stability circuit
  • Glute-focused finisher
  • Core integration

Workouts are designed to build strength first — with conditioning built in through structured circuits.  This program will prepare you for the intermediate-advanced glute program.

  • How many days per week will I train glutes?

    Our program trains glute 3x per week using a structured program designed to maximize muscle growth while allowing proper recovery. The program includes targeted glute workouts, accessory movements, and progressive overload to ensure consistent progress.  There is also an optional at home glute pump hybrid workout available. 

  • Is this program beginner-friendly?

    Yes. The program is designed to work for beginners. Each exercise includes clear guidance and modifications so you can start at your current fitness level and progress safely.

  • How long before I start seeing results in my glutes?

    Most women begin noticing improvements in strength and muscle activation within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible changes in muscle shape and glute development typically appear after 6–8 weeks when the program is followed consistently with proper nutrition.

  • Will this program help grow my glutes without making my legs bulky?

    Yes. The training is specifically programmed to prioritize glute development while balancing the surrounding muscles. Exercise selection, volume, and tempo are designed to target the glutes effectively without excessive quad dominance.
