OUR PROGRAMS
1:1 Private Training
No two bodies are alike, and neither are their fitness journeys. With 1:1 private training, your trainer will create a custom exercise plan that fits your goals and needs. You’ll get form cues and learn modifications for comfort. Ideal for those who prefer training privately, with in-home options available (additional fees apply).
Glute
Camp
Join lower-body training sessions that target and strengthen the glutes, hips, and hamstrings using resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Classes are small (4-6 women) and circuit-style, allowing you to rotate stations. Your trainer will guide you in activating your glutes for maximum benefit and injury prevention.
